Welcome to Billio! By accessing or using our app, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Billio app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Billio provides a platform for creating, managing, and tracking invoices, storing client information, and linking to external payment options.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Billio. By using the app, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when setting up your account.

• Use the app only for lawful purposes.

• Be responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

5. Subscription and Payments

• Free Trial: You may be eligible for a one-time free invoice.

• Paid Subscriptions: Access to certain features of the Billio app requires a paid subscription. Pricing and available subscription tiers are displayed within the app and may be subject to change. You will be notified of any changes to subscription fees in advance.

• Renewals: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.

• Billing: Payments are processed via App Store and Google Play.

• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time; access remains until the end of the billing period.

6. Fees and Payment Processing

Billio uses Stripe to facilitate secure payment collection from your customers. When a client pays an invoice you send through Billio:

• Stripe charges a processing fee, which is typically around 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction, but may vary depending on your Stripe account, location, or payment method.

These fees are automatically deducted from each payment. By using the payment functionality within Billio, you agree to these deductions and acknowledge that all fee amounts are subject to change.

7. Third-Party Payment Collection and Responsibilities

• Third-Party Services: Billio allows users to integrate with third-party payment collection services such as Stripe. While Billio facilitates these integrations, we are not responsible for any fees, charges, or disputes arising from the use of third-party payment services. It is your responsibility to review and comply with the terms and conditions of these services.

• Platform Role: Billio provides a platform for creating and managing invoices. However, we are not responsible for ensuring that your customers pay the invoices you issue through the app. Payment disputes, delays, or failures are solely between you and your customers.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app in violation of laws.

• Engage in unauthorized use of content or intellectual property.

9. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and technology in the Billio app are owned by Billio inVOICE LLC. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Billio and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind regarding its accuracy, reliability, or availability.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time for any reason, including violation of these terms.

14. Changes to Terms

Billio reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service. Continued use of the app signifies acceptance of the updated terms.

15. Governing Law
